PAMELA PARMELLI, LCSW

Director of Clinical Operations

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience working with individuals and families. I take a strengths based, collaborative approach to therapy.

 

I treat depression, anxiety, trauma and relationship issues. It’s a privilege to do this work and I’ve learned so much from my clients’ inner strength and resilience.  As a clinical supervisor I work with clinicians to highlight their particular skills, develop their insight and emphasize ethical, evidenced based service provision. 

 

I’m inspired by clinicians who have a passion for understanding the human condition and who use that knowledge to help people sort through the challenges in their lives.

LEANNE MORTON, LCSW

Clinical Supervisor

Leanne is a strengths based licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 15 years of experience working with patients struggling with mental health and substance abuse concerns. She is a graduate of Rutgers University where she earned her bachelors degree in psychology and her masters degree in Social Work.

 

She utilizes a variety of evidence based treatment modalities to support her patients such as: DBT, EMDR, CBT and IFS. She specializes in working with those struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD and trauma.

 

She is passionate about providing a supportive space while assisting others identify coping skills to best meet their needs and to support the unburdening process to release traumatic wounds of their past. She has experience working in leadership and direct care roles within outpatient, intensive out patient, partial hospitalization and inpatient levels of care.

REBECCA ERPS

Client Services Administrator/Office Manager

Rebecca seamlessly juggles multiple roles and responsibilities, adeptly navigating through various challenges with finesse and precision. Rebecca's ability to maintain composure under pressure while upholding the highest standards of quality is commendable, earning her the trust and respect of colleagues and clients alike.

 

Rebecca meticulously orchestrates client interactions, ensuring each interaction is personalized, efficient, and exceeds expectations. Whether it's addressing inquiries, resolving issues, or anticipating needs, she approaches every task with diligence and a customer-centric mindset.

Steven Donohue

STEVEN DONOHUE, LSW, MCLC

Team Leader/Therapist

Steven Donohue is a Licensed Social Worker, Master Certified Life Coach, and National Professional Development Trainer, known for his empathetic and service-oriented approach that fosters personal and professional growth. His journey began with five years of active duty military service, including two overseas tours, after which he transitioned to nonprofit leadership and advocacy.

 

Steven holds an associate degree in criminal justice, a bachelor's degree in communications from The New York Institute of Technology, and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University. His passion for behavioral health and wellness emerged during his community outreach work.​ Throughout his career, Steven has held various roles such as case manager, clinician, group facilitator, program developer, and executive leader, working with diverse populations. He is a two-time published author in personal development and behavioral health.

 

Steven combines evidence-based practices with continuous education to address issues like depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, relationships, and men’s health. His supportive guidance is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their personal goals through both traditional and innovative therapeutic approaches.

Rich Medina

RICH MEDINA, LAC

Therapist

Richard received his B.A. from Caldwell University and went on to earn his MA of Counseling Psychology from Felician University. Richard gained clinical experience working in a variety of settings, such as at an adult addictions specialized partial hospitalization, and an intensive outpatient program.

 

Through the experience gained during field work, Richard has formed an eclectic approach to therapy, where he incorporates several styles with the intention of tailoring the therapy to best suit the client.

 

Above all else, Richard strives to have his approach be client centered, while also incorporating other strategies such as CBT, Play therapy, and Existential therapy among others.

 

Richard has experience working with behavioral challenges, stress management, mood and anxiety disorders, as well as general mens issues. Richard's goal is to have clients leave sessions with hands-on skills and tools to practice in their daily lives in order to see progress along individualized treatment goals.

MARIA TORRES, LAC

Therapist

I am a Latinx Licensed Associate Counselor passionate and dedicated to helping my clients work through the inevitable complexities of life and our human nature. Therapy is journey and I am here to create a safe space for you, and help you foster self-care and compassionate practices that help you achieve your goals and continuous growth.

 

My experience includes behavioral and mental health support with various populations to enhance the wellbeing of individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, difficulty with life transitions or changes, emotion regulation, stress, individuals with PTSD, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, and youth with behavioral challenges.

 

As we navigate through your unique therapeutic journey,  I use a blend of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based approaches, and self-compassion.

MICHAEL VISCIDY, LCSW

Therapist

I’m a licensed clinical social worker and addiction counselor with advanced certification in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. I specialize in working with adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use concerns.

My approach is integrative, collaborative, and grounded in both evidence-based practices and deep respect for each client’s inner wisdom. I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care, while also weaving in psychodynamic and existential perspectives. At the core of my work is a commitment to creating a space where clients can explore, heal, and grow with honesty and compassion.

I believe change happens when we understand the patterns that shape us, stay curious about our experiences, and feel supported in taking new steps. Whether through traditional talk therapy or psychedelic-assisted work, my focus is on helping clients reconnect with their sense of agency, resilience, and possibility.
